About Jeya Aerenson, OMD

I meet people where they are at, offering a supportive space and pace where clients guide their sessions while I support their healing process.

My path began at age 11 after a prolonged hospital stay for an orthopedic condition and multiple follow-up surgeries through my teens. In my early twenties, discovering acupuncture and mind–body practices healed the damage and set me on my life path.

As an educator, practitioner, and community member, I have provided trauma-relief support following devastating events in the US and México to help people navigate stress, anxiety, depression, and life transitions through a holistic, mind–body approach. I started my private practice in 1993 and am passionate about continuing to deepen my skills.

Outside of work, I enjoy time with my dog Rafa, dancing to Cuban rhythms, and enjoying the beauty of Oregon. Since 2008, I have spent one to two months each year in Oaxaca, MX offering my skills through service projects and learning traditional healing.

Lets connect to join a class, workshop, or individual coaching session and deepen your healing process.
